--- Awake method
Let's go to the stepssssss
1. Get in a good and comfortable position
It really doesn't matter what is the position, could be laid down, sat, or even standing, it's on you, if it's comfortable it's good enough
2. Start taking deep breaths
You could do like the 4-4-4 (or higher numbers) that is 4 second breath in, 4 seconds hold, 4 seconds breath out
You can also do 4x4 that would be 4-4-4-4, breath in, hold, breath out, hold, all for 4 seconds and repeat
Again, it can be how much seconds you want, as long as it's comfortable for you (the longest I can do comfortably is 8)
While taking the deep breaths: every time you breath out let your body go, all the tension that is in your body, release it slowly as you exhales
The next step may get a little harder depending of your situasion, but relax, you got it, I got it, we all got it, okay? Good! Deep breath, and next step.
3. Focus on the back of your eyes, but don't force it (to know if you're forcing normally your head start to hurt), doing it you'll will keep your mind awake while your body fall asleep
If you "don't know how to do that" is like looking at the back of your eyeslid, when you close your eyes you can still move 'em, when you move you'll notice
4. Your body will start to feel numb
It's normal that you start to feel something on your body, such as discomfort and even tingling, that's totally normal, it's just your body seeing if you're sleeping
If its bother you too much you can move, but move slow, so you don't wake your body fully
If you move you can gaslight your brain by pretending you never moved, It helps a lot to "get back" (dk if that's the right way to say)
5. Now we can start affirming "I am the void", "i am in my void state" and other things like that
Not that before that you can't affirm, just saying
For me there's 3 things that can happen
(I say "for me" cause I'm saying this cause of my experience, it can look different for others)
- The first would be like when you enter in the void is like you sleept for a second and opened your eyes there,
- You just normally enter there, like blinking wihout actually blinking
Or
- It could happen of you falling asleep and waking there
EXTRA TIP
I saw this tip before, I'll try to remember from who I saw this (when I get the persons @ I'll put here).
This was really usefull for me. For those who strugle to keep awake you can keep repeating a mantra in your head,
Mind awake, body asleep
Focusing on this will keep you awake. You don't need to focus just on a mantra, you can focus on other things so you don't fall asleep, like you breathing, or the back of your eyes as I said before

I''m trying to keep it simple, cause it is simple, but any question I'll go deeper, in the moment I just wanted to post this the quicker I could cause I fell like I'm owning it to you guys, and I got a lot of question of methods.
Idk, I just really wanted to put something here so it would look like the previous posts of this serie ,so this is not actually important you can keep reading the rest of the post I'm just writing this to fill up space. There's cool stuff, not here, in the rest of the post, good reading.
--- Problems that people have with the void state
3 things:
Placing the void on a pedestal; it's like thinking that the void state is simply the most divine, incrediable, angelical, ultramegablaster thing to ever exist and you're just a poor peasant who could never achieve that state
Wavering; it's the "what if?" mentality, y'know?
Laziness; you simply stop in the middle cause "it takes too long" or you got bored and stuff
The thing is, the void state is a completly natural thing, but some people deny or can't see/understand it.
Personally I think that the first prblem that people have is PLACING THE VOID ON A PEDESTAL, like:
"Omg this is so amazing, I could never do it so easily!"
"But this is so hard I need to stay still for 29343432482359 hours, I can't!"
"But I need to take 43534 gallons of water, meditate for 9938 business days, become a master in breath techniques while being completly still cause if I breath too deep my body will move and I'll have to do everything again!!!"
Most fail for TRYING to enter, for not believing that is something easy and natural, but a impossible and almost inaccessible thing that only the choseen ones can get into.
Stop trying to be the void and start being the void
The next problem for me would be the WAVERING. This part you understand you are the void and all that sh*t, but you still a little insecure about. You're going to start your method, your meditation or wtv you do, and in the middle you start thinking:
"What if I can't do that? Like, I know it's natural and stuff, but what if that won't be natural for me? What if I'm not natural?"
You start think of the what-if's and the most likely thing to happen is you to give up, and do it "another day".
By talking about doing it in another day, okay, you don't have the void on a pedestal, and don't waver, so, what may be the problem???
✨Laziness✨
"Raccoon, what do you mean it may be laziness?"
In the beggining you may take a while to get into that relaxing state, when your body looks like it's floating, you feel numb and all, your body is sleeping but your mind awake. As this 1 minute that you're staying still may look like 1 hour you may get to bored and be like
"Nahhhhh, I won't do this, it takes tooooooo long"
And simply give up for laziness and boredoom. I get it, it's pretty boring, but sometimes that's just looks like a punishment cause you spend 24/7 in your phone full of dopamine, so when you just lay down doing nothing completly still looks like time pass way too slow.
And those things may be the reason you're having problem with while going to your void state.

I wanted to emphasize the word "may" in this post, those are 3 possible problems you may be having, it can be another, but (for me) those are the principals. and also, I used this word in things that may happen to you like when I said "you may take a while to get into that relaxing state", cause some people may be faster getting in a relaxing state, some may not

Normally I get on the void state getting really really relaxed to make it easier, normally with meditation, when I'm strugling more with concetration I do a guided meditation. In some more rare ocassions I sleep and wake there.
Some tips I would leave here is:
Don't put the void on a pedestal, it will make it much difficult to get there, there isn't nothing special about the void, since the void is you
Doing it when you're going to bed (for me) is the best hour, normally there's no sound, it's more quiet, so it's better to relax
Take a very relaxing bath, hot water, y'know? relax ou body there, doing this and going to bed after? Even better
Don't focus on external things, it doesn't matter, if you focus on getting external responses it will make it way more difficult and slow
I guess that's it.
But always remeber that it may be different for everyone, take those tips and adapt them to what is more comfortable for you.

No problem sweetheart.
I don't get there too often, mostly get there when I want something expecific in my cr (current reality).
And I wouldn't say that I can get into the void state on command, but I definetly get in that state way faster and easier than I used to, like, in 5minutes less, when I used to take 20 min.
Through the void I mostly manifest my going to my DRs, beside that I manifested my dream body, my face claim, my new phone (my old one was a almost a potato), a especific friend.
There's definetly other things that I want to manifest eventually, but for a time I want to see where life takes me.
So, I'll definetly talk more about meditation in the future, but still, if you have any question feel free to ask. This one is pretty simple, I can get deeper and even show some methods I have and use, I even plan to do it, but for now that's what I can give yall, I didn't found much to talk about it...

As said in the name, is a state, not a place, a state. We have a lot of ways to get in that state.
Guided meditation
Subliminals and/or waves
Affirming and/or visualizing
The most important thing is the intention of getting there, if you're beggining and still have problem with just intenting, maybe a little doubt, it's okay, you can use a method, like the ones I said up there, or more expecific ones.
Now, personally, I rather go with meditation or self hypnosis, I find it easier, but that's what works FOR ME.

Things don't work the same for everyone, looks for a way that works for you and that you feel comfortable doing

--- What's the void after all???
Keeping it simple:
The void is also know as the I AM state, is where you're fully detached from you 3D experience, or in a more simple way to say, your physical body. It's a state of pure consciousness, everything is consciousness.
One important thing to know is that you ain't separate from the void, you ARE the void.
Getting in a more complex way to say that (you can skip if you want to):
The void is a meditative state based on the subconscious, it's a state of pure consciousness. In the void you can manifest anything instantly.
"But don't we already do that?"
Yeah, that's just a method, you understood me gurl. This is a place where you can creat or destroy anything from your reality/experience that you desire to.
As I said before the void is a I AM state, that means you ain't in the void, you ARE the void. That, being a state of pure consciousness, means that you are nowhere less than within yourself, being directly connected to your Divine Self essence.
In the void you don't have a body, os senses, you simply are, you exist.
!FUN FACT!
You can personalize your void hehe, like, if the idea to be in a dark place sounds scary to you, you can make it comfortable to you, you can make it look like your room. This is possible cause it's not a physical space, is your mind.
Mine have pink stars, like the ones on the banner, it was pretty cool to see it hihi.

Just to say, I plan to write like this, write in a more simple way, and a more complex way. I would like to say that I'm not trying to complicate things that are simple!
Personally, when I study, I like to delve deeper into topics because even if I understand them superficially, when I go deeper I connect with it, it's like I understand it more, so in case there's anyone else who's also like that, or like it more in that way, I'll explain it in a slightly more complex way as well.
It's not just because I wrote it that I want you to cling to it, especially if it confuses you, because if that happens it can make your journey more difficult and frustrating, focus on the simple things and what resonates with you.

i personally love how customizable it is! like you can make each page have a custom icon & header, add widgets, images, and so much more. it is so so so insanely helpful for scripting i'm telling you. or you can just be basic, that works too.
there's also a bunch of script templates online including specific ones (like a better cr, fame dr, fantasy dr, fandom-specific drs, bla bla bla) and it's literally the only thing shifttok is good for imo. i'm a big fan of shifterium's templates but there's other people who make them as well and i'm sure you can find some recommendations!

definitely my favorite place to go when i need to design something tbh. there's a bunch of templates you can use and the layout is very easy to navigate through! and it's pretty easy to find free alternatives for the paid stuff you do have in there

both apps were deleted so you have to have had installed them before if you want to get them back

additional notes:
yeah both apps are deleted but there's alternatives out there like twinote (for twitter) photonote (for instagram) canva (has fake social media templates as i said lol) and others that you can look for (because i personally only use twinote)
