Sleep paralysis -> if you get it, don't open your eyes. Disclaimer, SP isn't scary it just becomes scary if you panic and think of scary stuff. You don't have to, you're in control. This is the perfect mind asleep body awake (MABA) situation and close your eyes, affirm being in your DR and you'll wake up there.

Void -> this is also similar to SP but you intentionally put yourself to void where you're pure consciousness, and thus you can manifest instantly. Whatever you say happens in light speed so it's like an Aladdin's genie. To get into void, simply lay down, meditate, affirm you're in void. If you search for void affirmations, you will find lots of helpful content made by other bloggers.

Lucid dreaming -> this is also the state we wanna achieve. Do you see a pattern? Again, our body's fully asleep while our mind is wide awake. If you find yourself in a LD, simply affirm waking up in your Dr and you should be there.

ok so i found this story in my local community and i will be translating it directly cause its lowkey so good;

"Back then, after a fight with my boyfriend, I lay in bed crying and closed my eyes. All of a sudden, it felt like I fell asleep, but I wasn't actually sleeping, my consciousness was fully awake. After seeing a flurry of images, I saw my boyfriend. I saw exactly what he was wearing, the color of his curtains, everything... I got scared and opened my eyes. When I asked him about it, it turned out that every single thing I saw-- his clothes, the curtain color, etc. -- was absolutely real.

That same night, I tried it again and imagined us making up, and the very next day, we did. I’ve been doing this constantly since that day, and it's been 1.5 years now. I have manifested literally everything I ever wanted. I’m actually writing this comment from my very own apartment that I rented :) Most importantly, when trying to enter the void, never get scared and give up. Can you explain how did you do it consciously?

A; "I think about how I would feel if it completely came true; happy, excited, etc., and I visualize it right down to my facial expressions. Then, feeling that emotion deeply, I affirm in a positive way: 'I rented my own apartment, I bought a new wallet for all the money that won't even fit in my old one, I went to get cosmetic procedures done, I'm buying the most gorgeous phone, I am highly successful and number one at my job...' and so on. Finally, I have a chat with the universe, saying things like, "i achieved this thanks to you, thank you. You need to believe in it completely; trick yourself into thinking it has already happened and believe it as if it's your current reality."

i really wonder, how to keep being conscious?

a; when you enter void, you'll be already conscious, it wont turn on and off itself

i wanna tell you about my success story! "i was extremely tired, i couldnt even keep my eyes open. i laid down, and started to affirm after a few minutes. and immediately, i found myself in the void. It was like as if i was floating, i couldnt feel my bed, i was completely numb. lights flickered and darkness appeared. Thus i knew i was in void, i listed all my desires and got them 💗"

Now dear, firsly you gotta choose a time when youre very tired, so you can enter void without even affirming or doing anything at all. 2- if you cannot affirm and enter void, just lay in a comfortable position say inside your mind "im entering void", "im pure consciousness", "im in void already". If you feel detacehd from your body, that means youre in void. other than that, i suggest listening to subs or binural beats.

I think alunir's sleep affirmations and Dr questions videos are great they literally keep playing when you're asleep and make you shift or dream of your dr I literally shifted with one of them.

Actually you can use that to your benefit, think of your Dr and affirm right before falling asleep and/or set alarms with 3-4 hours apart so you can do WBTB if nothing

Well sleep paralysis is really a jackpot for shifting if you're prone to it youre kind of lucky.

Sleep paralysis happens when you lay down on your back and your uvula kind of touches your throat/ trachea (idk the exact name) and your asleep brain thinks you're choking so it abruptly wakes up but your body's still fast asleep.

Thus you panic and get scared and see scary hallucinations, but actually you DON'T have to ꒰⁠⑅⁠ᵕ⁠༚⁠ᵕ⁠꒱⁠˖⁠♡

This state is basically MABA aka mind awake body asleep aka hypnagogia aka state when you shift. Since your left logic brain is off at the moment, your brain believes in literally everything you think of/imagine (that's why people see scary silhouettes -- they panic and think of scary stuff) and thus if you affirm being in Dr you shift.

Philosophy of solipsism and what it says about being the creator of our reality?

Hey darling!! 💗 This question is about solipsism, I'm going to prepare a detailed post about it but you can do research yourself. This is a deeply personal question depending on your own beliefs and assumptions.

But just to sum up, solipsism says that "only my mind exists, and everyone/ everything else is I pushed out (eiypo ties)" But this in this context dosent necessarily mean your ego, your human name, or your current personality. It means THE consciousness itself.

Think of it like an ocean. The ocean isthe God, or the Source, or ultimate consciousness. You're a wave in that ocean. A wave is made of the exact same stuff as the ocean, and it has the power of the ocean behind it, but it isnt the entire ocean all by itself. You are a localized point of consciousness experiencing reality rather than the idea of creating God out of nothing like a fictional char. And if you're Christian like me, the scripture itself sayss that "is it not written in your law, i said, "you are gods"?'" (john 10:34).

When ppl says "i AM the creator of my reality," it means their dominant beliefs, assumptions, and internal focus dictate exactly what version of the world they experience. Your reticular activating system (aka the RAS, from my earlier neurology post.) and your subconscious mind take the infinite possibilities of the universe and project a specific slice of life for you to experience. Youre the author of your experience of reality, fueled by the Source.

Did you "create" God?

Not in a sense that He didn't exist until you thought of Him. But you do create your concept of Him!!!!!

If someone assumes God is a punishing, angry judge, their mind filters reality to see punishment and guilt everywhere. If someone assumes God is unconditional love and infinite abundance operating through them, that is the exact reality that hardens into fact for them.

In that way, you ARE the creator of how God manifests in your life.

Inducing sleep paralysis and not shifting/ void from the state, a "fail" ?

Hey honey,🧡 first i want to say these things such as manifesting, shifting, void state, inducing other altered states of mind are pretty personal. It's so personal that everyone, I mean every person might experience them very specific and different. It doesn't always happen like the "textbook" version of these things. Like yeah sure there are neurologic indicators that you're indeed in sleep paralysis, but other than that, these are personal experiences. So dont be doubtful of yourself or over analyze your experience.

But yeah, youre much closer than you think, so don't let doubt slow you down. 🩵i think, what youve been experiencing might be a veery specific, high potential state what we call hypnagogia or a light form of MABA. (mind awake body asleep) So youve managed to keep your mind completely calm and conscious while ur body is deeply relaxed. The fact that it wasnt scary and felt under your control is an advantage, so don't take it as a "fail". You dont need to be brutally locked in a terrifying cage to manifest or shift. you just need that deep physical detachment, which you already have via SP.

You mentioned that when you don't want to stay there, you can just move easily and break it. This means a part of your awareness is still actively monitoring your physical body here in this reality. That's the same thing I've experienced in my last sp I've been too focused on my jaw trembling. Next time when u wake up at 6am and feel that floating/ frozen sensation, do NOT test it. Dont try to see if you can move. Act as if your body has completely dissolved into thin air. Ignore the physical vessel entirely.

Also instead of just repeating words like a chore, you can focus on the feeling of nothingness. Your already half detached when in light MABA, (if that was ur case, you can understand that) imagine yourself expanding into the space around you. Don't look for a visual change. Look for a shift in awareness. Affirm with the absolute assumption that youre already there, not that you are trying to get there. Since your body is already highly relaxed and cooperative, use a bit of gentle movement// visualization to push your awareness out of the physical....

oh, no movement? persist. looking outside of yourself is pointless. look for yourself within and let that be your truth.

people have manifested escaping their abusive homes, flying to other countries, becoming rich overnight, manifested their mental or chronic illness away and so on just by knowing that they have what they want— why base your truth off of something outside of you?

lucid dreaming: you are in the dream world, awareness detached from CR. there are many ways to lucid dream but i absolutely love wake back to bed (WBTB)

hypnagogia: the state between wakefulness and sleep, you ever been watching something and you keep drifting off to sleep? it’s that.

hypnapompia: the state of consciousness leading out of sleep, so like right when you wake up.

sleep paralysis: when your body is asleep and your mind is awake. personal fave of mine. sp can be actually quite relaxing if you just learn to relax !

mediation: literally millions of videos out there, i personally cba to do this but it works likes wonders for some people.

affirmations: these don’t even need to be said during methods but can be also said throughout the day, this also sets intention that you plan to shift on that day

visualisation: pinterest boards literally chefs kiss! you can also watch movies, tv shows, tiktoks that show where you are shifting too

music: listening to songs that remind you of your dr can help too!

practice grounding: this is me at the moment, so when i start to see my dr i struggle with connecting to my dr fully so you can script a scent or rub a near by object very aggressively.
