I have been notified that my order has been shipped, but for the tracking number it just says Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. I got your item has been shipped email on the 15th and there hasn't been an update since, I am gonna keep an eye on it to see if there is an update, but if there isn't who can I speak to about this to receive help?

When can we expect outstanding orders to be shipped out?
Hi!
We apologize for the current shipping delays - our current expected shipping date is sending out orders by September 15th; the current changes to the US post office has presented multiple issues that have affected our leftovers shipping schedule and delayed our shipping mod. Thank you all for your patience!
SHIPPING UPDATE
As a start, we want to deeply apologize for the silence on our end. The mod team has had a turbulent few months--emergency surgeries and several unexpected moves, among other things--that have set us far behind schedule. While things have continued moving behind the scenes, social media and email updates have fallen to the wayside, while that should have been our first priority.
The remaining outstanding orders from the leftovers sale will be going out over the next two weekends, while all digital orders will be going out en masse this weekend. At the end of July, the shop will be permanently closed as we're near to the end of what leftovers we have, and the final donation will be made along with our finance sheet being released.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding, and know that we are doing everything we're able to get caught back up.

Hello everyone! I am so excited to let you all know that the digital bundle of the Chronicles Zine has been sent out to all of our supporters via email. Please double check your spam folder if you can't find it!
I want to take this moment to thank everyone for supporting this project and being an absolutely amazing community - your support means the world to us!
Please be aware that the French and Spanish translations have not been uploaded to the digital merchandise folder at this time, we are hard at work polishing them up, and hope you enjoy the English, German, and Portuguese translations in the meantime! An update post will go up on our social media to let everyone know when these translations are available, we thank you for your patience!
If you didn't get a chance to buy a physical copy of the zine, or would like to purchase a digital copy, please follow our Tumblr @qsmpzine to stay up-to-date on when our leftovers sale will go live! And my absolute favorite contribution to the zine! There are sooo many things hidden in the background - it did drive me crazy while drawing - but it's one of the rare drawings of mine I still really like months later!
An early birthday gift came in the mail last week!
The zine's quality is so good, the cards were really cute and the keychain was bigger than i thought :O
