Little Blue Moon

I always enjoy trekking/walking/strolling with my parents. It's always so fun! Let's keep walking, walking... filling up our memory banks.

So, I lean more towards social and structural... It is not very surprising :D

There is something poignant about this season. I have already attended 3 wakes within the short span of 2 weeks. Life is indeed fragile and unpredictable. They tend to slip us by silently. Time to pause and keep them in our tiny pockets. 有些感伤的季节，友人的亲人接连因病过世。喜事和丧事交接的情况，我也听闻了两起。人生无常，必要珍惜眼前人。伸手把身边美好的人与景色紧握，放进小口袋。

最近帮忙爸爸油漆。发现自己真的左手运用自如、右手不听使唤。但，油漆一直用同一只手是会很酸的。。😄

It's so funny I literally rolled on the floor laughing!

More and more, I realised I need to learn the art of listening. I have the habit of thinking about what to say next, instead of really listening fully, and the habit of interrupting when someone is speaking. Learning everyday :)

是要坐过头再往回走，还是早一个站下、往前走到岔路，再往回走呢？因为车站就偏偏在不方便的地方。本来觉得后者比较好，近日又觉得前者比较好。我时觉得这个好、时觉得那个好。应该都很好的。提醒自己没必要那么死板。。。

I went for a walk. The sun shone through the foliage and I picked up the sound of crickets and other insects in the mangrove area. Nature really soothes and quiets the buzz in my head. Out by the seaside, it is a joy to stare at the ripples of the incoming tide. Water. They are so fluid. I should learn to be like it. The sea breeze and the waves seem all so peaceful. Then again, perhaps, it could be different for people who experienced trauma caused by natural disasters. Such is life. We relate to things differently because of what we experienced so far in life.

I think I can forgo a lot of things in life but never harmony and kinships. Everyone can have their own priorities in life. We can't all think the same (it would be scary). If deep down in our hearts we know it is all worth it, it is. :)
