I feel like I could never watch the Pitt because I love Shawn yes but because im in Shawn circles im lowkey in Pitt Fandom circles and there hasnt not been one good take. Like these people talk about these characters as if they forget that one season is a day. A single day. If someone is being an asshole the whole season they are literally just having a bad day
I got a dilemma I’m hoping to get opinions on.
So I’m the trainer for at my job and we got a new hire. Our job requires a lot of perfectionism, ie things have to be spelled correctly and written correctly. I offered the new hire a tip and they voluntarily mentioned that they has dyslexia, which okay whatever.
But now I’m starting to notice that they have a lot of spelling errors. Some are easy to fix with official documents that say ‘my bad’ but some require us to get whole new documents that can take months. In addition, I’m the one that gets said new documents and potentially gets yelled at by angry customers for their new docs taking forever.
I’ve tried giving them tips and tricks and giving them time to adjust but things keeping popping up and I can’t tell if it’s them just not being good at this job or the dyslexia thing.
So my dilemma is, do I tell my supervisor about the dyslexia to help explain the mistakes and get help to give them help or just not tell them. I’m not sure if my sup knows. Now my sup knows she has a cast of spicy brained individuals (myself included) so I’m not concerned about that.
I’m a very patient individual and want this newbie to work out, so I’m not afraid to put in work so something works for them. But I’m just not sure what to do from here.
I need to go to bed because I have a really early flight tomorrow but one of my fav fics just updated 😅
