There is a mom at my school who is doing her damndest to get me fired and branded as someone who “puts her hands on” kids, and I have to sit in a room with her and my principal today and listen to her berate me, and if I make it to the end without throwing up it’ll be a miracle.

Triggered by this awful situation, my levels of anxiety are off the fucking charts since Monday. I’ve been heavily dosing myself with CBD oil in an attempt to control some of the physical symptoms, but it’s not working. I’m looking for other stuff that I can make happen pretty immediately and without seeing a doctor (in the interest of time—if this doesn’t get much better by the time I see my psychiatrist in three weeks, I’m asking for medication). If anyone has suggestions I’d love them.
