I’m still so pissed at that goddam showww!! Like it had SO MUCH potential,, and I don’t only mean Klance I’m talking about the whole thing! They could’ve made such a good ending and given the characters what they deserved. like Lances arc,, WHERE THE HELL DID THAT GO?!? Or ya know that LITTLE thing that happened when Keith almost committed suicide, ya know they could’ve talked about that but NOOOOOO,, let’s just ignore that. Like did they have to do that to Allura? First make her literally jump from one guy to the next like what happened to Lotor didn’t hurt her, couldn’t they have at least given her some time to heal??? Like wtf was that about? And did they REALLY have to make the CLICHE of the ‘princess and the knight’ romance?? And I know that they didn’t end up together but STILL?
And the bild up for Klance and then nothing happening was literally CRUEL. Like people call Klance toxic but seriously look at the producers... Also where the hell did Lances sword go? They said multiple times that we were gonna see it again and that we’d see Keith’s reaction to it,, but that went down the drain like the rest of the promises. Also just killing of Adam because they wanted to show how REAL and dangerous the galra were was a really bad excuse. Like couldn’t they have given Shiro anything to come back to? And I know that he got Curtis later on,, but idk it just doesn’t feel the same as getting rep as in them meeting again working their way through their problems and coming out on the other side stronger,, I know that Shiro ending up with Curtis in the end IS rep, believe me I know.
UGHHHHHH IT JUST PISSES ME OFF SO MUCH KNOWING HOW MICH POTENTIAL THEY HAD AND THATH THYE LITERALLY THREW IT AWAY BECAUSE THEY WERE BITTER ABOUT THE FANS OR SOME SHIT.
(And if u think it’s childish of me to still be pissed then screw you, because this show opened so many doors for me, I found out more about the LGBTQ+ community and found myself in the mix, so just keep your mouth shut if you’re just gonna attack me because of this)
