June daily drawings; part 1

Two days in a row and still nothing! And a couple weeks ago, AND again a few days before that. give me my thunderstorm!!!

Telling people they should wait until 5pm to go on their walks is not only wrong it's actually directly opposed to the safest practice during heat waves, which is to do as much as possible before noon and then hide out / sleep until early morning.

An unexpected outcome of my month long residency in Iceland was making larger drawings in pencil. This was my second drawing (that started initially in ballpoint pen!) made using eight sheets backer board taped together, so I could get it back home easily. It was inspired by my love of how rich and green the moss gets around streams and sources of water.
