any printer born after 2007 can't print... all they know is bluetooth , hide they usb port, tray feed error, be out of magenta , eat paper & tell HP my social security number
If you want to print B&W and your printer is angry you're out of a colour, cover the sensor on that cartridge with black tape and the printer will think it is full!

#3795 - Cystophora scalaris - Ladder Weed
Endemic to NZ and the Chathams, where it grows to about 1m in length in the intertidal zone to just below the intertidal, on semi-sheltered reefs. The zigzag of the stipe may give it more elasticity in the face of the rough surf on many NZ coastlines.

I found this petit point brooch at the thrift store and it's not my style at all, but the hand embroidery is so teeny tiny that for just $3 CAD it was too interesting a crumb of textile history to pass up. The stitches are less than a millimetre!
No idea how old it is. The embroidery is done on a stiff layer of netting which is laid over top of a plain white fabric, and it says "made Austria" on the back.
