the costume is made up of a jsk, a blouse, two petticoats and probably bloomers bc i am a fiend for bloomers. one of the petticoats is more of a slip, to give that cute lace edge, and the other gives support for the shape of the skirt, with stiff ruffles.

his tracksuit sleeves and pantlegs are always pushed up because theyre too short already, and that makes it look intentional instead of weird. i try not to draw too much bunched up fabric to make it clear.
