🧸 Vibe / theme of my space🧸:

this is a 100% sfw comfy space for me to feel more calm/comfortable with my age regression as typically I experience involuntarily regression which can be scary &/or overwhelming for me, by making a space that is cozy & calming I feel more safe & prepared.

🌟 What I post about🌟:

mainly cute themed moodboards, a lot of pastel colors but I occasionally post other color themes, & I sometimes post other stuff like agere schedules or calming ideas.

plushies, molang, miffy, pusheen, sheep (& other cute animals), tangle fidgets, noise canceling headphones, (idk so many random things but i would run out of room to write)

coloring/any type of art/crafts, watching a show/movie, sensory activities or places: ex. -museums, swimming, etc. or something like playing with playdoh or a sandbox.

🌙guide to creating an agere friendly phone background/focus mode:🧸

step 1: u can set up a new focus mode (on iphone though there may be options on other phones but i have an iphone so idk how to do that •_•) u can look up specific tutorials for this if ur unsure how as its a bit too much to write out here

note:( u dont have to do focus mode but the benefit of focus mode wallpaper set up will be the easy ability to switch this cozy background & set up on when u want & easily switch it back to regular if u want )

step 2: choose a wallpaper that makes u feel comfy, calm, & happy ! this can be anything u personally like when regressed ! comfort characters, colors, themes etc !

IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE AESTHETIC ! its totally up to u to choose something u love no worries about matching or anything it can be as simple or as complex as u want ! :) feel free to have fun setting up ur space & remember u can always change it anytime u want to update so theres no pressure to feel stuck to only one background

step 3: u can either set up a separate apps page and select only that page for the focus mode or just keep ur app set up the same for all modes its up to u ! this part can be a bit confusing so i recommend looking up directions or youtube tutorial to explain how to make separate focus mode pages

fun additions ideas: u can add a note widget from a comfort person (irl or fictional if u like) this can be a calming reminder that u are safe

u can add games or other apps u love into a folder so its easy to access all in one space other apps such as apps for music or movies/tv that u like

u can add other widgets for quick access to things u find calming or make u happy the options here are endless u could even add a pic of ur fav plushie etc. !

step 4: after u added everything u like u are all set ! :D enjoy having ur new focus mode set up ! now whenever ur regressed u can easily switch over to this mode to feel more comfy !
