OC INTRO: SERGIO GENEVA!

This is Sergio, he loves strong black tea, apple candy, and novelty arm prosthetics. He's a well-respected surgeon and the adopted dad of Deno, one of the protags! Drew this ref sheet because I wanted to draw him with a ring on (long story short, he divorced his wife on good terms and then went of to marry the concept of biology. He took "married to his work" literally [/hj])

FIVE FUN FACTS:

✧✧ New CONCEPTUM- orientation flag.✧✧

Here you go anon! For context, here is the objectum flag and the two earlier existing conceptum flags.

Clearly, the other two flags did not very closely match the objectum one, as well as being a bit messy and using clip-art, which is hard to replicate.

✮ I decided I really liked the detailed color breakdown of the first conceptum flag, so I took the same colors and arranged them in a more aesthetically pleasing way. 

✮Those color choices are explained by the original artist here.

✮ I then took the concept of a thought bubble and merged it with the concept of a circle to create our final look. 

✮ I made one filled in version to be more similar to the objectum flag, but also one blank one to be more similar to the original conceptum flag. Up to you which one you prefer!

• Objectum sexuality is the romantic or other attraction to objects! (There's also objectum platonic which includes strong friendships with objects).

•OS/OR (objectum sexuality/objectum romantic) is not caused by trauma and is not a kink. The objects are generally viewed as more animate, and there is a definate love between the person and their object.

•OS/OR is correlated with autism and object-personification synaesthesia.

• Object-personification synaesthesia is a type of synaesthesia where the person sees objects as having personality characteristics which are stable over time! The person may experience this for all objects or only certain types.

• "Object partner" is commonly used as the term for the object the person is in a romantic or other relationship with.

• Objectum sexuality is frequently misrepresented in the media whenever it gets attention.

• POSIC is a related term which stands for perceiving object sentience, individuality, and consciousness.

• The difference betweeen the terms is that objectum specifically refers to attraction to objects, while POSIC refers to beliefs about the object. One can be both POSIC and objectum or be one without the other.

• There are also many sublables under the objectum umbrella including quiltum (attraction to quilts specifically), conceptum (concepts), technum (technology), and likely hundreds more!
