There’s a lot to unpack here.
“When it comes to life one person should not choose whether that life deserves to live or not.”
They absolutely should if that life would be surviving using their body.
Pregnant people have the right to decide if their pregnancy is continued or terminated for the same reason organ and blood donations are voluntary. Their bodily autonomy would be violated if they had no choice.
“There is no reason why someone would not know that having sex with someone of the opposite sex can result in a baby being conceived.”
Off the top of my head, I can think of one reason. They did not go through comprehensive sex ed.
Either way - sexual intercourse CAN result in impregnation. Regardless of whether it is consensual or whether contraception was used.
Does that mean it will? No.
Does that mean pregnant people deserve to have their rights violated? No.
Even if they had sex? No.
“If you’re a Pro-choicer reading this understand that the only reason why you’re alive today is that your mother chose to have you, if you were born in this generation you would’ve been cut out and dumped in a bin.”
Guess what? I was born after Roe v. Wade. I’m 25-years-old. My mother chose to have me.
That’s why I am pro-CHOICE.
She made the choice to continue her pregnancy, and I advocate for every pregnant person to have that same choice.
She was willing and able to have me. Does that mean every potentially pregnant person is equally willing and able? No.
Every pregnant person deserves to have a choice.
Yes, even if they had sex.
“To say that it’s a woman’s right to whether she wants the baby or not is not where the woman’s rights should end, rather it should end on whether she wants to have sex or not.”
A woman’s rights should not end. And they *do not* end with sex or impregnation. Believe it or not, people who have sex AND pregnant people are still people. They still have the right to make their own reproductive decisions.
“After what happens that night if anything she should deal with the consequences of her actions.”
Abortion is one way to “deal with the consequences.”
“The man is also just as liable to be involved in the matter as it is his child too.”
How’s that? If it was “her actions,” how is it his child? Unless, maybe, it was not just “her actions”?
Poor word choice on your part.
Either way, the man does have the right to decide if the pregnancy is continued or terminated.
If they’re the one who is pregnant.
Otherwise? It’s not their choice to make. It’s up to the pregnant person.
Their bodily autonomy would be violated if they were pressured, manipulated, coerced, or otherwise forced to continue or to terminate.
At the end of the day, people with uteri are not brood mares for people who want kids.
“To put it simple Abortion IS murder and it should not be legalized in any city, state or country.”
To put it simple abortion IS NOT murder and it should be legal at any point in the pregnancy, for any reason.
