For the past 6 months (HALF A YEAR) I have been pretty inconsistent when it comes to the gym. Between the new jobs, traveling, and a minor injury that I'm still recovering from its been hard to keep myself on a schedule for both the gym and my diet. For our strngth portion today, we had a descending ladder of back squats from 10 down to 2. I ended up playing with the big dogs and challenged myself with something close to their weight. By the end, I put up my first squat but failed at the 2nd. After counting the plates, I realized I hit 195lb on that last one, this is 5lbs away from what my last PR was. This is just more motivation for getting back to it and keeping a schedule.
