Yesterday, I rewatched a Chhota Bheem movie. And the sheer gay allegations that Bheem and Krishna would not be able to dodge, especially in the whole "here's a gift that's basically a video call" arc.

Now I don't usually make posts about Desi shows, but I think this deserves a moment.
I was obsessed with Chhota Bheem like every other desi kid, and I've been very depressed lately so I decided to watch some of the old Krishna movies because they were always my favourite. I could not get five minutes into that movie because I dissolved into a fit of giggles when Krishna entered because holy shit you cannot tell me those two were straight besties and bros.
Off the top of my head some scenes I can remember go as follows:
Bheem getting mad at Krishna when he arrives in the Pataliputra movie because he went radio silent for a while, and only being pacified when Krishna tells him he comes bearing gifts. Same with him getting mad when Krishna leaves. (You cannot tell me they aren't long distance bfs. Bheem is the needy one who needs constant attention and love while Krishna is the I love my bf so much kinda guy). I'm pretty sure the ending scene was Krishna leaving behind his peacock feather for Bheem to chase after.
Scene from I think Zimbara where Krishna's dramatic entrance is him catching Bheem mid fall so that his head ends up on Krishna's lap. (Friends?? These two?? Yeah right.)
Mayanagari which is essentially Bheem worries about Krishna for one hour straight
The first time they met??? Bheem having a one-sided beef with Krishna while Krishna is just in it for the vibes, and is smiling the entire time like he wants to say my bf is so cute aww
Honestly the way Krishna smiles at Bheem all the time seems very reminiscent of a proud-bf thing. im done lol

what I read this week:
central heating by @jezmatronwrites - Catra has a problem - her suppressants aren't working, so she's had to head home. And now her heating and hot water are on the fritz. Not ideal for an omega about to go feral on herself. She hoped she could hide while a handy plumber fixed her pipes… Except the plumber is a face from her past and they have some issues to work out. Catra's definitely getting something cleared that's for sure.
aim the gun straight at my heart by myler_sc - Fright Zone’s infamous assassin, Wildcat, is out on a bidding to murder Dr. Hordak, lead representative of the Mafia Prime. What would count as an easy, undercover mission ends up in a fiasco as the legendary Grayskull snoops in to get the mark only for the unbelievable to happen; she gets shot. And the bullet actually damages her as golden blood leaks from her. Wildcat or Catra soon finds herself making a deal with President Angella of the great rebellion. If she were to keep Grayskull safe from the anti-first ones weapons till they dealt with them, she would be getting a nice cut of money by the end of each weekend. And since rent was in due, Catra agrees. When she picks up, Adora, the stuck-up person that thinks she can do anything by herself, Catra has to figure out how to coexist with the woman she used to throw darts at her picture on the dartboard. And see how is she to protect her from the numerous criminals after her tail… But she will figure succeed- if so for the money she needs to hand to Sharon and not for the stupid dorky smile on the blonde’s face.

in response to some upsetting things i saw today (continuing in the trend of me stumbling upon upsetting things unknowingly) i would like to announce that nikki obsessionmovie and iris companionmovie are now alternate universe girlfriends who are soft and gay together and dress cute and cuddle and respect each other and get everything they want and nothing bad happens to them ever
