when you say you are pro-recovery . it goes for everyone .
you do not draw a line just because someone so happens to have a paraphiliac disorder that you dont like . you do not draw the line just because they have a pedophilic disorder . you do not ever draw the line for someone because of a disorder they have that formed out of their control .
im so sick and tired of seeing ableist people . people are not predators just because they have a paraphiliac disorder . it is blatant ableism for assuming someone is a predator just because of a paraphiliac disorder that they never wanted .
nearly 99% of the time they are formed from trauma . my paraphiliac disorders were literally formed because of trauma . i was groomed . i was exposed to porn when i was nine . i used to be a darkshipper . i was normalized to so many horrible things that this is what happens as a result of it .
i have been recovering for years once i realized i had a disorder like this . i never said anything because this is what i feared happening : getting called a predator . once i actually said something about my experience , it happened because people are willingly ignorant. i am so fucking obviously
ive been suppressing any urges of my thoughts regarding my paraphiliac disorders attraction source for so long , that i just feel disgust and shame about it .
i recover to be a better person in a future , i recover so nothing happens , i recover so no harm happens , i recover to HEAL MYSELF . i never chose to have a paraphilia , it fucking ruins lives and somehow people do not understand . if people choose to be any kind of contact stance other than anti-contact , they are a sexual predator . that is what you look out for .
if you think “ all pedophiles are predators “ and you claim to be “ radnormal / gloryqueer “ you are not fucking welcome here . you need to understand how paraphilias work . you need to understand it from a medical and trauma point of view . you need to do research , it wont hurt you if you did a little research .

regardless of what you think … i will never be the predator that you think i am . i will never harm anyone . it is bad . simple as that . please do research and be more fucking sympathetic to people struggling .

i despise it so much whenever people make paraphiliac disorders to be a “queer” thing when it isnt . stop erasing a fucking disorder . paraphilias are something you do not embrace , or glorify , or romanticize . they are something serious and should be treated as such . you do not want paraphiliac disorders . they will make people’s lives harder .
if you are someone with a paraphiliac disorder or suspecting of one , you deserve a chance to recover . regardless of what you may think of yourself or what others say , you are loved and cared for . you are able to recover , you are able to become a better person , you are able to change for the future for something good . you can change , do not let it be taken away .
