Couple days ago I asked my boss for a meeting. I been working full time Monday till Friday as a nurse and lately I have been working every weekend. She was surprised that I wanted a meeting with her because I never asked for anything so she was a little bit nervous. We had a meeting the day after. And I told her I know this sounds weird. And I know this sounds very strange, but I can't work here anymore. And she said why! I said it doesn't work for me,I have done this for the last 5 years and I can't do this anymore. The main reason why I can't do this is because I got this thing, I got this seed I want to plant. I want to plant it. I want to nurture it. I want to see it grow. I have a vision. I'm hungry. I got this, I can do it,I know I can do this. She literally looked at me like I was a freak. Kim,Kim Kim,what the hell are you talking about? I said to her maybe you won't really understand what I'm saying because you don't really have my vision and it's fine. We're not meant to have the same vision. But I'm going to the top. I'm going there no matter who, no matter what, no matter where, I'm going! She said are you quitting or I don't understand what's going on? I said waaaait is that your car outside,the BMW? The black one? She said yes. I said, Well, that's a very nice car you got. She said thank you. I said, the more I work here, the better car you drive next year. She said, Well, yeah. So next time you see me.
