Digimon is one of my favorite franchises ever so I went ahead and decided to make a blog for it

I like magic knights. I like winged beasts. He uses light and darkness. Rapiers are my favorite type of swords. I'm honestly more of a cat person too

Similar to how Omnimon and the Royal Knights helped us in Time Stranger, it would be really fun to see Aegiomon pass on that kindness by helping the Tentei Hachibushu

The Royal Knights they generally use is the current group led by Alphamon and Omegamon

However, it is known that Imperialdramon had their own era of Royal Knights when they originally founded the group in ancient times and Kenji Watanabe has mentioned a desire to have a new set of Royal Knights to succeed the current group with Jesmon being the one connecting the present with the future

Each of their lore points to Susanoomon sealing them all away single-handedly. Which also means, these should be our main villains whenever we get that Shambala game

I'm also convinced that they will being getting a "fifth" member

Since the first time I saw it, it was always the one I remembered the most. It's all the imagery from the sakura trees, the glimpse of the moon, and transforming by moving through the ripples in the water

Digimon World Dawn/Dusk had starter packs instead of singular digimon starters. Every trio had Coronamon and Lunamon with two other digimon. One listed as common and one listed as rare

Between all of the following: -Most Digimon games using the attribute triangle for the battle system -Needing multiples of most digimon to fill out the field guide -The entire roster is mostly unlocked as soon as you get all the baby levels which are always first dungeon encounters anyway

They kinda just look like they're supposed to be friends

You could pair any two of them together and they would make sense

It's probably because of how balanced they feel. They cover four basic colors, four different digimon types, and from their design alone, you can tell each of them bring their own unique skills that the others lack

That's really impressive for the little guy

Digimon's no stranger to having a jogress between polar opposites, but ExMaquinamon just stands out so well

The components are two different types of false angels. A perfect machine and a perfect beast. I love the parallels between their eyes, wings, and halos. The high-tech halo compared to the bone halo. The silver and gold color schemes both highlights their contrast and how they're each trying to emulate holy digimon despite not being officially classified as them

ExMaquinamon meshes both of its components incredibly well. It resembles a different type of angel, but the two divided halves make it obvious as a fake. It really sells that ExMaquinamon is a false god trying to impose its will on a world that doesn't belong to it. It even has 10 wings to mimic the highest ranking angels

It's also worth pointing out that Maquinamon is a cat digimon like Gatomon. That design choice could've been subtle foreshadowing that Maquinamon's evolution would emulate hers all along. An artificial cat becoming false angels in contrast to a real cat becoming true angels

You can't have an Eastern Digital World and not have the Four Symbols involved somehow

Since Omnimon can acquire new forms based on the Greymon and Garurumon variants that jogressed together, it's only fair that Alphamon get a few new options too as their counterpart

My original Time Stranger plan was to use Ghost Game along with the Olympos XII, but they ended up not being in the game so they can be on a team with Beatbreak
