Dogmon and Rosemon would make a nice couple
Okay so now that we know Rose isn't really a villain but only an antagonist trying to hunt dangerous terrorist cult
I can't really give her Hydramon as Ultimate (Mega) anymore...
But then we go back to the 3 usual Ultimate/Mega evolutions for Flower Digimon and Lilamon
Rosemon
Rosemon is so typical and has already appeared as the Ultimate of Yoshino's Lalamon and Mimi's Palmon in the past. Even if she even has the name of Rose as her name, I wouldn't really want her again.
Lotusmon
Second option is Rosemon's counterpart Lotusmon. Lotusmon already appeared in Savers, but so did Lilamon so -- and technically back then it was Bio-Lotusmon sooo maaaaybe.
It's a big possibility and in term of design they fit a bit in colors with Rose's clothes. I think she could be the winner.
Rafflesimon
A corrupted blackened Rafflesimon appeared as the antagonist in Ghost Game's third last episode, episode 65. This could also be her chance to appear properly. Of the three, she's likely the least used in the franchise due to being far more recent. But I think she could also have a chance.
Of course, maybe this is just merely a headcanon and Rose won't ever reach Ultimate/Mega, but anyway.

Working on the design of our newest mega evo and, of course, the Lilimon brainrot hit (I am dreading the lineart and coloring so much)
Also trying out a new refsheet/showcase design
BanchoLilymon should have been Mimiβs Palmonβs Ultimate/Mega instead of Rosemon, leaving Rosemon for Lilamon and Yoshino.
I am so cool and smart and pretty for having this opinion.

Iβve been seeing people use cards in in photocard holders (like Kpop fans do), so I ordered some Digimon ones of my favs to create photocard holders that I can attach to my bags when I go out!
