4) for our muses to get in an argument but after one muse steps closer while making a point,  they get distracted by how near they are.  bonus points for eyes wandering to the other’s lips. 

5) for one muse to firmly grab a hold of the other while arguing,  the touch slowly growing gentler as they recognize how strong their emotions are for them. 

6) one muse discovers the other has placed themselves in a dangerous,  under cover situation and steps in to help but gives them a severe look when no one is watching to indicate their disapproval. 

7) one muse is in a precarious situation and thinks the rival muse is going to expose or betray them,  but instead they help.

21) antagonistic muse sets out to kill the other,  however the target is too accepting of their fate which makes the antagonist hesitant and curious.

23) one muse hugs a gruffer or rival muse and refuses to let go until they hug back. 

24) an antagonistic or rival muse is given an act of kindness which baffles them and leads them to stare at the one who gave it with a puzzled expression.

Gosh, you know it’s been crazy lately! I haven’t been around much on tumblr or AO3, I apologize, but I’m so busy trying to finish out my senior year of high school! it’s crazy to write that, but yeah, I needed to figure out what college I’m going to next year, as well as managing being captain for the spring track and field season and finishing out my academic year. 

on the more exciting writing side of things, I’m currently managing five projects right now? which is exhausting and slightly obsessive and takes up way too much of my headspace, so I’m trying to figure out to balance doing what I love and not unhealthily obsessing over it, y’know? I’ve got two original projects, two fanfic projects (including Blood Magic) and a partner project I’m currently very hyped about. 

I finished Ruin and Rising, which was a five star read, and I’m currently getting through King of Scars which is seriously a treat. 

And five projects! That’s awesome!!! And yeah, balance between those things is definitely right, sometimes I have to tell myself to step back and come back later–that it will be so much more enjoyable after a break! I’ve got…three projects going right now, and of the three of them, only one isn’t giving me major issues. If you ever want to come talk about your writing, I’d love to hear about it! 😊

Also, I don’t mean to flex but this is one of the only groups I’m a part of that knows what this means so: I got my Rule of Wolves signed and personalized with my name in it by Leigh Bardugo. AHHH. I scream every single time I open it. It’s one of my most prized possessions now.

And yes, let’s talk about writing soon when I can properly be in the right brain.

YOU GOT A SIGNED COPY???? Omg that is so awesome–how did you do that? Oh man wow that’s so awesome!!! I would kill to get one of my books autographed by her…

I got my copy through this random contest thing she did, where she would post a bookstore every day at 9am and the first fifty people to preorder from that store got their copies with the personalization and the signature! I actually cried when I found out I won because Leigh Bardugo is my favorite author and her books just mean so much to me.

I am watching FATWS, it’s going slow because I’m actually trying to watch it with my family, which is slowing me down lol. I haven’t seen episode 4, so no spoilers, but so far I think there’s some heavy handed allegory and symbolism that frustrates me, and I wish Bucky and Sam were more how they were the first episode, but overall, I think it’s really good. I’ve loved the MCU since I was a kid so getting to see it on the small screen and getting to watch them really delve into complex emotional story-telling is incredible. I’m so happy with the direction they’re going, and how much more space there is now to tell more delicate and drawn-out stories. Hopefully they keep it in good-taste and with good writing, but yeah I’m surprisingly optimistic. I’d love to see another female centric story like Wanda’s, but with slightly better execution.

I’m watching FATWS with my mom and sister, who are the only members of my family who will watch Marvel, and the poor souls have to hear me crying at them the whole time…and definitely talk to me about the fourth episode when you see it–whoo is there a lot to think about in that one. My biggest issue is that Steve Rogers is my favorite character, and it’s really hard for me to see his friends having to deal with stuff without him. I just miss him a hecka lot. I do think they added a lot of stuff to the series–maybe more than should’ve been? Like there’s only two episodes left and I’m worried there’s gonna be a lot left unfinished? I’d rather it be a little less rapid fire and more resolving. 

What do you mean how Bucky and Sam were in the first episode? I don’t really remember, but they weren’t together in that one, is that what you mean? Or their dynamics? I wish they’d bring Torres back–I like him. And I like Sharon a lot too, I hope she comes back. And yeah, it is really cool to see them exploring more complex and character driven stories–that was my main gripe with Infinity War, and also Endgame.
