A simple thing with big impact you can do is continuing to mask in public spaces.

Help reduce the spread of airborne pathogens and keep each other safe!

Covid was AND STILL IS a mass disabling event.

Causing cardiac and cognitive function decline. And it IS STILL circulating. People are still dying. The vax reduces severity of infection but cannot prevent Long Covid!!

There are still disabled and vulnerable people who are essentially forced to stay in their homes since masking was dropped. Who cannot safely shop for food, or access doctors appts bc of the lack of masking, and deserve to be a part of society.

It can and does kills many people today

and those who live with it are forever impacted by this disease

I can't walk much, I live with extreme chronic pain from my me/cfs and fibromylagia also suspected to be caused/triggered by my covid infection

here's the important part though folks

I got COVID in 2024 when I had been vaccinated probably 4 times already?

That's right it doesn't matter if you're vaccinated you can still get ME/CFS or Long Covid and your life be irrevecobly changed.

I don't know if my health will ever improve or if it will decline, I don't know if I'll ever hold a job, or even finish my degree It's a horrible disease that I wouldn't wish on anyone Not only that but even if you don't get ME/CFS which btw Autistic/ADHD and neurodivergent people are more likely to develop it COVID still destroys your body, it leaves brain damage, hurts your lungs, your body on a whole

It's why people seem to get so much sicker "post the pandemic" which it's not rly post were still in it That cough lasts longer and harder, people seem to get sick easier and for longer, all these things lead back to COVID the mass disabling event we went through

But Masking is a simple and easy way to protect yourself from COVID

You don't actually know how many COVID infections you've had, many can and are asymtomatic

Not only will masking protect you from COVID It will protect you from any illnesses and your loved ones too

Masking is easy and simple, you can even get cool colourful ones which I do
