I do think there us a specific type of misogyny that comes in where the expectation fir men is always leisuring and women always working. So now men can do whatever snd be seen as hard working bc the baseline is zero and everyone babies and encourges them and women can be working their ass off and ppl straiggt ip call them lazy. I do think wives are the most oppressed class for this w the husband just leisuring he doesn't even habe to have a job and everyone screamung and insulting her if she makes him lift one finger bc she's the one whos lazy. but it afrects everyone... It happens w young progressive people in non marriage situations also

It's sooo fucking frustrating how i act like a sims character like deciding to do smth instead of something else but the action doesn't get cancelled in my body so when i inevitably slip out of focus i do it and when i come back to myself im like NOOOOOO i was supposed to go do smth else like why is there such an intense lack of connection between my brain and body. An incredible effect of misogyny here is men end up misgendering women with a lot of hes and hims bc they're literally not used to talking about reporting about or being around women with power or who are respected in a lot of industries. Literally seen it happen on televized interviews and online conference/seminars/talks
