my comfy pants make me soo pregnant it’s so hot

need a doctor appointment where they think i’m extremely heavily pregnant the moment they see me. no tests, nothing. my bump speaks for itself, round and distended, growing each time they see me. they don’t even realise when i’m couple of months overdue
