Iāll have all the prompts explained although quite a few are self explanatory, Iām so excited for this photo challenge I canāt wait to see everyoneās beautiful photos and perhaps repost a few āØLike always each prompt is up to your own interpretation MY prompt explanations are just like a mini guide but donāt have to be followed down to the point! Be creative, thatās what these challenges are for āØ
1. First read of the year - First book you plan on reading, what book you are currently reading, what book you want to read next.
2. Underhyped books - Books you think donāt get enough attention.
3. Flatlay - basically this one is up to you, you can include any books and items youād like in the photo and a flatlay photo is typically taken from above.
4. Most anticipated book of 2017 - what 2017 book are you looking forward to reading the most?
5. I like big books and I cannot lie - find your biggest books you own, whether in length or width and take a photo!
6. Candlelitbooks - Books and a candle kind of self explanatory and kind of an excuse to use a candle in a photo š¬
7. Bookish Merch - show off your favorite book merch! This can be anything bookish related whether itās candles, bags, shirts, jewelry, etc
8. Reading in public - Ah this one is going to force you into going outside with your books š Take a photo out in public if you canāt take one of yourself or have someone take one of you! At your favorite restaurant, at the park, shopping, on a random bench, anywhere thereās a whole world out there to take photos in!
9. Rainbow Stack - I love me some rainbows so create a rainbow with your books! š
10. #chevronbooks - if you need a reference check out the hashtag on Instagram but you basically create a chevron pattern with your books
11. Bookish Deja Vu - take a photo of a book that reminded you of another book youāve read, so you can basically include both books in the photo if youād like to!
12. Book + Beverage - self explanatory take a photo of a book with some tea, coffee, milkshake or whatever beverage youād like āļø
13. Tell Me Three Things - tell us three facts about yourself (inspired by the book Tell Me Three Things by Julie Buxbaum)
14. Readerās Lifestyle - Here you can talk about your lifestyle like your everyday routine, tendencies, healthy habits, if your a snack food person or like me who wants to stay in bed all day and take a photo of your food, clothes, things that represent your lifestyle if youād like.

18. Book + Bookmark - books and your bookmark/ bookmarks/ currently in use bookmark or whatever you substitute as a bookmark
19. #defaceabook - ah so have you seen those beautiful photos of books with self created art on the cover? Now itās your turn to do it or if youāve already defaced a book take a photo of it! You can do this on the cover, inside pages, around the title page, or wherever you want
20. Book Challenge Jar - You know those jars filled with resolutions? Basically you think up as many challenges as youād like for example read a classic, read a red book, read a book by a new To You author, and such. Then you write them each down on separate pieces of paper and put them in any container you have!
21. Royal Books - Books with royalty in them whether the main character is a royal themselves or a peasant or civilian in a kingdom
22. Pretentious Reader - ah this one is totally up to you, you can dress yourself up as a pretentious reader or be all fancy reading by a fireplace or however youād like to interpret this Challenge day š
23. Favorite Genre - Show some of your favorite books in your favorite genre of books you canāt wait to read in your favorite book genre!
24. Book in the wild - Basically you go outside and take a photo of your book in the trees, grass, flowers, well out in the wild š
25. Graphic/Comic Books - take a photo of some graphic novels, comic books!
26. Books-On-The-Go - take a photo of books on the go, in your backpack, bag, of wherever you carry a book because itās kind of known that bookworms tend to carry their current read wherever they go š
27. New To You Booktuber - Booktube is YouTube+Books so whatās a Booktuber you just discovered/started watching?
28. #DrawMyBook - Well this might get a bit messy š¬ Paint/draw on yourself whether it is your face, neck, arms, legs, body or wherever youād like with symbols and shapes that remind you of a book/your favorite book. This one is a bit up to you to decide what youād like to do/include so have fun with it!
29. Retellings - Favorite retellings, this can be myth based, fairytales, norse based etc
30. You Must Watch - Whatās a show you think everyone should watch? Favorite shows? Binge worthy shows?
31. Wrap-Up - What books did you finish this month?
