when i was younger i used to lose my mind and have meltdowns but now that im a reasonable adult i sit at my desk and silently cry a bucket of tears with zero expression on my face and then repress everything deep down into a little pit in my core and that seems to work much better for everyone involved

the ptsd urge to throw out literally everything i own and make my presence completely impermanent and unattached
