Finally they are complete! A Pokemon card for every hermit. I tried to do different styles for every card; to try and emulate how pokemon cards get draw by a buth of different artists. This was a lot of fun to do! Let me know what one is your favourite card!

Hellow! If you follow me you have seen pieces of this in progress, but this is my submission for the Hoenn TCG redraws!
I was honored to be the artist for Kyogre as he's my favourite version legendary from this generation. I love whales and orcas and I think Kyogre is so so sick. I always loved using him on a thunderdance team in Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness and sweeping everything away with thunder and surf.
I chose Primal Clash because I love how joyful he looks and I wanted to give painting water a try. I love big glassy waves and I'm obsessed with water in general so I felt like something that captures both the embodiment of the ocean + the water itself would be nice. Plus look how cute he is!!
And yes, I did this in oil paints partly because I wanted the practice but mostly because I'm a crazy person.

Introducing Leathers "Master" - Lady Lavander
A mysterious mage from a far away planet. She joined in the war against raging monsters and evil that threatened her planet, rumors that were never confirmed in her time on the field is her being apart of the royal line of said planet or was part of the royal court. Her fire whip is the main weapon of choice. But she's capable of wielding flames of her own making.
She adopted very young Leather and raised him like her own. After coming to Popstar after many planet hopping, she disappeared. Leaving only a note for Leather to wait on the planet.
