You can’t just put tme in your bio you have to actually unlearn transmisogyny.

I’ve seen absolutely heinous transmisogyny from people (particularly cis women) with tme in their bios. Like it doesn’t give you a pass.

It's so frustrating because there's so much of this website which won't even acknowledge the usefulness of TME and TMA, but even the sliver of people who do think that their stance on this actually relatively minor point means they're automatically incapable of being transmisogynistic when the whole point is that TME people are more likely to participate in transmisogyny.

If you genuinely believe being mistaken for a trans woman for 5 seconds online one time 10 years ago is equivalent at all to the sea of transmisogyny that transfems wade through to interact with community irl and online in any capacity I don't know what to tell you. Maybe like, touch grass or some shit, or talk to a transfem about our experiences instead of assuming people who aren't transfems are 100% right about what this shit is like.
