what I do to occupy my time when I'm trying to keep myself from obsessing over why I haven't heard from you.

I waited hours just for you to laugh at my quiet obsession,

my biggest fears now being redirected,

body craving sex just for the affection.

what would you rather me do?

the whole time I was thinking of you.

trying not to project my emotions

but you scar me with a half thought out emoji

and I know it's not your responsibility

to make me happy.

I just wish you wanted to

naturally.
