personally if I was someone with an abuse related fetish derived from a personal experience, I think I would be even more vigilant about the fact that those who seek to abuse others the way that I have been abused would flock to the same fetish spaces. I would not want to associate myself with them in any form whether or not I continued to indulge in my fetish for whatever personal reasons I had. I would especially not try to make it sound like victims are the majority of the people with these fetishes and sharing them publicly when we have things like online "rape academies" that men get into to learn how to drug and rape women, including their partners, because they started watching "amateur" sexual assault videos taken without women's consent as pornography because of their rape fetishes. but maybe that is just me.

so i’m black and christianity is a huge part of my community. and sometimes, despite not believing and being a feminist, i find myself wishing i believed in it, really. like damn i wish jesus and god were real and i could “talk to them”. but what i really wish is that i fit in with others like me. because almost every other black person i’ve ever met is religious to some degree and it sucks to be the odd one out. granted, there are many black people who are atheist, yes, but not that i’ve met. and sometimes when i get lonely or whatever, i’ll think about it or i’ll read a bit of the bible to see if i'll feel

something and it just never happens. and sometimes i get sad that it never will because i just cannot believe that shit. a MALE god? fuckin please. but that doesn’t take away from how it hurts sometimes.

Some unemployed guys created an anonymous account on insta where they literally just said the most vile things about these girls from the grade above mine, and the school administration didn't do jackshit. The same administration that cares so much about their image and would literally crucify a student for criticising them publicly or saying anything negative about the school online does nothing when male students go around sexualising female students on social media

These twelfth graders in my school literally made a list where they ranked girls and called them 'unrapeable' and these guys were completely protected by the schools vice principal who literally defended them. These 3 guys later went on to post a street interview where they called feminism retarded. They've left now, but the principal had a thing where she basically threatened all the students not to circulate that video

There are several instances where boys from my grade and the grade above have sexually assaulted or groped girls, and we have cameras and like a hundred eyewitnesses to corroborate it. The worst punishment these guys get is maybe a week of getting suspended and detention once. These guys who were caught vaping in the bathroom got expelled, which is insane. Literally molesting a girl is seen as a lesser crime than using a peach vape

Even during our history class, these males were discussing why there are no prominent women in my country's history. The obvious answer is that they were deprived of education, representation, freedom, liberty and suffrage. But these incels were openly speaking about how they believe women are bad leaders. And the teacher didn't even stop them

Everytime a teacher or principal lets a boy abuse, assault, insult, or degrade women, without holding him accountable at all, it sets a really shitty precedent that violence and hatred towards women is not just tolerable, but also normal. They're quite literally breeding a new generation of rapists and misogynists.
