Tribute to Picasso (Homenatge a Picasso):  A sculpture created by the artist Antoni Tà pies. The work of art was completed in 1983, after the artist was asked to produce the piece of work by the Barcelona city council in order to commemorate the centenary of Picasso’s birth in 1981. The sculpture is in the Paseo Picasso, an avenue that separates the Born neighbourhood from the Ciutadella Park.
With this sculpture, TÃ pies wanted to recreate the period in which Picasso lived in Barcelona. The main element is a large glass cube standing in a small lake with water pouring over the cube.
The cube contains furniture —a mirror, a sofa and a cupboard—, as well as other objects, such as an iron girder and chairs piled up with rope and white material. This Photo was lost on an old hard drive, when it failed. Luckily I’d already uploaded a high resolution version online, this is an edit of that upload. I’m going to spend some time over the next few months going back through photos I’ve never uploaded on here, because currently it’s only me who sees them.
Central Park SkyScraper: I think they were a group of 3 college students taking fashion shots of their friend. He Jumped on the bridge and was getting ready for them to take his photo. They’d been laughing and joking, as he got up the courage to stand on the bridge.  His friends fumbled in a bag to my right getting the camera ready, The Sun had just set, and I took his picture against the New York City skyline.
New York from the Empire State Building: I have been looking at this image for hours. The amount of detail to see is crazy. It’s compressed for web, but the original 42 megapixel raw, you can see so much writing on buildings. and the cards on the streets below. So much chaos. But when you look long enough you see the roads, and recognise the buildings, and it starts to make sense. In this photo you can see Madison Square Garden. 5th and 7th Avenue. Macy’s Department store, and a lot more.

Changing the Banners at the Smithsonian in NY
Times Square I had to use the lens a little wrongly to get it to be so wide angle. So I lost control of the aperture. luckily it came out exactly as it should
Recently went to New York for my 30th. This one is from Central Park. Here I lean.
The Poulnabrone Dolmen #2. This one shows it removed from people as the perminent fixture it is in the centre of it’s rocky surreal landscape. Without anyone around it, it feels very remote and in a great solitude. Almost calmingly so.

An abandoned Railway Bridge somewhere in the North of England.
Penrith Castle tower The castle is in ruins, and this is an old, enormous fire place’s arch, beneath the remanence of an old tower.Â
Taken with my new Sigma 150mm 2.8 macro lens. Surprised by how well it got the moon.Â
#5. John Rylands Library
Another one of the John Ryland Library in Manchester. I Arranged to go on the off limits to the public tour. So hopefully a lot more interesting photos to come.Â

John Rylands Library in Manchester, It's an amazing building, with a lot of interesting rooms and artefacts hidden away, If you're every planning on coming to Manchester I highly recommend it, It's a bit grainy from high ISO but it was very dark shooting in to bright light, so it came out quite well consideringÂ
The Bride and the flower girl. A fun moment playing with the viel. A contemplative moment, thinking about the future for the little girl growing up to be the bride, and the bride growing to be a mother. The Bride is pregnant now, so the process has already begun.
