Does anyone else have this problem? After you exercise, you want ice cream??? Today after I went walking (I know, Big surprise! Way to go Jennie!!! Jennie shares~ 10 months on plexus. I have no idea how much weight I've lost since I don't weigh myself anymore! But I'm no longer shopping in the plus size section! I take triplex, megax xfactor and block and switch between boost and accelerator depending on if I'm working out that day or not!

Does Plexus Work? ANYTIME you start ANY natural products you need to give it a MINIMUM of 3 months! On top of those 3 months, if you have struggled with a particular issue, you need to add 1 month for every year you have lived with this issue. Here's a different kind of before-and-after for you from Me~ This morning I had quite a scare when I realized that I was drinking our LAST Slim & our next bag hadn't arrived yet! But thankfully, it arrived in this afternoon's mail!!! So all is good and I won't have to miss a day!!! 😄 Why is it such a big deal?
