Hello, tis I with yet another personal N belief (not nvolo specifically). Today’s topic is…What dragon fits N? People often have a hard time picking between Reshiram or Zekrom. But I present a third option: Kyurem. Lemme explain
In both games, N’s dialogue + “behavior” slightly changes (ideals/truth). The consistency is only prevalent in his base belief “Pokemon should be free”. Kyurem can be seen as the “base” of the trio. It remains consistent, and it is only what it is paired with that changes it.
As well, both N and Kyurem are manipulated by Ghetsis, treated as weapons, and seen as empty/inhuman creatures. Kyurem painfully fusing with the respective dragon can be likened to when Ghetsis adopted N and forced him to follow his own beliefs without regard for how this affects N as a person. As well, during the alchemical “process” the Tao Trio are based off of, Kyurem is the body (The base) and N represents the item uses to fuse them in the process (both are objects of Unity).
Kyurem represents grey, how the world cannot be seen in black and white. N is similar. While he does see the world as heavily divided, he is not evil. He’s not good, but he’s not a villain. They are both acting based on the person controlling them.
Anyways post rant, I think all 3 dragons are acceptable :3

I love this analysis!! I know N is always with either of them on official art. Sometimes he’s with zekrom and sometimes reshiram. While I do think he looks majestic with reshiram I felt like he never really fit with either one. I think kyurem is N’s true dragon!!! I don’t think there’s a lot of official art where N is with kyurem but I know in pokemas, N’s sygna suit is with kyurem
