Comic culture is so fucking weird like. There’s this outer level of ppl who worship Frank Miller and won’t shut up about how good Age Of Ultron was and then you go a sublevel deeper and everyone hates both of those things and other, supposed “staples” of comics and I literally can’t explain it

Another good example is ppl who don’t read comics treating Joker like he’s the be-all end-all for villains and comic fans treating him like “yeah that’s jackass he’s okay but he can’t sit with us”

Or the comic book community is very large and there is a very large range of books that can appeal to so many people.
