how they comfort each other when one of them is upset: Patty is remarkably level headed when it comes to serious things. Her anger isn’t really shouting and what not. The best ways to comfort Patty, are back rubs and massages, and Holtzmann will always happily oblige
who asked first? Patty was NOT going to dance around the issue- she thought Holtzmann was cute as hell and she wanted a piece of that. The role reversal was really jarring for Holtzmann on their first date, but Patty thought it was cute to watch her try and regain her footing
who says ‘i love you’ more? Patty does- but it’s almost always followed by a but. “Holtzy, I love you- but if you set my curtains on fire one more time, I s2g-”
kisses more? they both like to kiss. a lot. like a lot a lot. Unless Patty’s really into her book- in which case she is not afraid to forcibly remove Holtz from her lap until she’s done with her chapter. Holtzmann has turned this into a challenge of sorts to see how long she can distract Patty (it isn’t very long)
hugs more? Holtzmann does- she really enjoys the simplicity of it, and she doesn’t get hugs from too many other people, so she loves it
drinks more? Patty loves to spike just about anything and everything if she gets a chance, and Holtzmann doesn’t love not having total control over herself, so she drinks less. But she’ll try any crazy thing Patty makes.
who’s more outgoing - Patty is, she loves everyone, and everyone loves her
who eats more- Holtz probably? Patty is pretty big on designated meal times. Holtzmann eats when she is hungry, bored, frustrated, happy… breathing.
who’s more needy Patty and Holtzmann both work really hard to make sure the other one never feels the need to be needy- like if committing to a relationship was an olympic sport they’d both get the gold. Patty is always telling Holtz how much she loves her, and Holtzmann is obsessed with bringing Patty gifts of all shapes and sizes
