A doctorate degree requires that you contribute to the field in which you received your dr, unlike a medical degree or juris doctor, which require that you learn existing knowledge about human systems and pathology, or existing laws.

The only people who should feel attacked by that video are...

- Moffatt and Gattis for making a lazy narrative while pretending there was a big mystery - and then mocking fans for believing them, and making a lot of dumb gay jokes that exploited the feelings of younger lgbt fans who took it as foreshadowing something real

- specific big name adult TJLC figures (and any inner circle enablers), especially straight ones who fetishize gay relationships and obsess over gay male sex positions, who used their position in fandom to manipulate lgbt kids

- anyone who harassed Lucy Liu or Amanda Abbington for the existence of characters they played

If none of the above applies to you, don’t make those criticisms about you. If the above does apply to you - what the fuck is wrong with you?
