We do not. For one, fascism is not a disability and it's incredibly shitty to just ascribe all bigotry to disability, especially since disabled people are often the targets of said bigotry. Also, Trump isn't actually affected in any way by insults, regardless of whether or not they are slurs. Calling him the R-word has exactly the same impact as calling him a poo-poo face.
