"its ok if you find people annoying as long as you dont like act on it" yes but more of you should be investigating WHY you find somebody annoying. is that woman too outspoken and "bitchy"? is that black man not "polite enough"? is that disabled person too whiny and victimizing? is that child too clingy and attention seeking? you need to actually ask yourself WHY people make you feel a certain way. you still dont have to be friends with them but i think it has to go further than just staying polite. life gets better when you unpack why certain people bother you, and it can help you develop not just patience but also empathy for people different to you. which sounds like some childrens cartoon bullshit but a lot of you need to hear it anyways, apparently

You want something even crazier? Animorphs ended in May 2001.  She didn’t know what was coming, but damn if she didn’t give her readers a much needed dose of reality about the horrors of war right before we were really going to need it.

If you enjoy easily-digestible sci fi, and can get your hands on the animorphs books, I really recommend it. They’re fucking great and thoughtful in a lot of ways you might not have picked up on as a kid. I’ve read the first dozen or so books over the last couple of years and they’ve literally changed the way I look at the world.

My kid has the biggest grin right now because I came across this and gave her the download link. We’ve bought a bunch of the books secondhand, and the new graphic novels we’ve found, but she’s excited to read the whole series now!
