Late night snacking and overloading my belly with cold drinks so I can keep up with tomorrow's heat 😇🫃🏻

Too hot to move

These statements just make me want to keep going… no more dr visits for this guys :) how can I stop when my mind connects food to pleasure. I can no longer just eat, it’s tide to pleasure over and over again throughout the day… is this normal? My body hurts everyday after every meal… headaches, chest pain, out of breath constantly, but I will keep going. I can’t stop. This is addiction now.

Just some of what I’ve been up to this past week:) as you can see I’ve been ignoring the doctor and just forcing myself to become addicted to fast food in public. I’ve included some comparisons. My body is adjusting to this daily consumption and I am tying food to a reward system. My body is addicted to this unhealthy lifestyle. Let’s keep going🍔🍟
