Ill be so for real i am physically spiraling i cannot put on any weight, i have no appetite for anything anymore, my right ear is constantly muffled by my own pulse, my poops have not improved, i just want a nurturing hug of some kind that will make me feel like im not days away from dying - i was doing mentally okay for a bit!!!! Augh all the predator spiders are out cause of the season change and while i personally dont fear them i cant exactly protect my cat or my nephew from them so i gotta do the thing i hate doing
