This was no word of a lie, the best meat I have ever eaten in my entire life. It was stomp your feet good. The restaurant was Ajikura, it was right next to our hotel which was across from the train station. You either have to line up when they open to book a table or get a reservation online the day of, which is what we did with the help of a friend who could read and navigate their website then we just walked over when it was our time to eat. I don't think they allow booking farther in advance than the day, so get there at or before opening if you want to get a table, no doubt they fill up fast. So freaking good though.
