I really love the Briarwoods bc the whole 'we are evil but have the most supportive marriage ever' trope is so fucking funny to me. Like they have everyone else beat into the ground in the competition for healthy relationships. Silas is frankly appalled at the fact that your father refuses to make dinner himself, he can't even eat normal food and they have cooks but he's still on top of this. Delilah is adamant that frequent clear communication is key especially when you're a powerful mage and need to establish beforehand that in the event of ur husband's death he would, in fact, like you to pull out all the stops to bring him back. The thing I absolutely love about how hard they went on Percy being an anime protagonist is that it’s just for him. There isn’t any other obvious Anime Things™️ in the show, no other character naruto runs or gets the white glasses flash or the weird fish eye lens trauma shot. It’s just him. Just for Percy. Taliesin Jaffe knew he was an anime protagonist and made sure we all knew too and everyone else just stepped aside and let him cause. Yeah. That’s Percy. It’s what he deserves, nay, what he requires. Full respect to the cats and crew for the hard work to make it happen.

There are reasons I run Linux....

I finally had no choice but to switch to 10 when I needed a new computer after the previous one crashed, but I had them set it up so that it’s running that mockup of 7, so it doesn’t look or act like 10. My laptop is still 7. And I still miss XP.
