canon is what happens in the text. e.g. merlin tries to poison morgana
a headcanon is a fact that you have personally made up as an elaboration of canon. it is your invention. e.g. i think morgana and gwen had a teenage lesbian situationship before the events of canon. or, i think modern morgana would love evanesence.
an interpretation is how one reads the existing text. it is not an invented fact nor is it a headcanon, it is a reading. e.g. i think merlin tries to poison morgana out of misplaced self-hatred. or, i think that one line was delivered with suppressed malice and shows a nuanced relationship.
fanon is the general fandomโs accepted headcanons and interpretations that elaborate or recontextualize canon. e.g. merlin is a badass waif and morgana is a bitch.
these are all different words with different meanings.

like, there are actually several things being articulated within "trans men are inherently an intersectional identity/existence", and the fact that people just interpret that as "so you're saying white men are oppressed" is absolutely bonkers to me. for one, pericis men typically aren't subjected to things like endometriosis or forced pregnancy or forced marriage or (typically, though there are exceptions) child sex trafficking or having their right to vote and own a bank account threatened. they're not typically subjugated and relegated to status as second class citizens. they're not typically murdered by their partner for being pregnant at an inconvenient time. they're not typically at a several fold risk of multiple chronic health conditions that occur predominantly in people traditionally classified as 'female' (still figuring out terminology on this front, but you know what I mean). they're not typically at risk of being raped by a police officer who pulls them over. they're not typically at risk of being unable to find a homeless shelter because they've got the "wrong" genitals for their gender. only some of these things are a result of being trans. some are the result of existing at an intersection of transness and multiple other axes (one of them existing in a body that society deems to be that of a "woman", aka a subjugated class under patriarchy!). and that is abundantly obvious. so much so that I do in fact think some of y'all are lying when you pretend not to understand that. idk, maybe some of y'all actually are that fucking stupid. maybe I'm wrong.
@thingsisaidweredumb Well, they could be oppressed simply just for being transgender. Not necessarily a man or woman. Likely though - if they donโt pass - it is because theyโre assigned female at birth and their masculinity is โnot enoughโ for them to pass as a trans man. Which is just discrimination based on their immediate perceived appearance which doesnโt even come into what makes them trans in the first place.
Yes I know. All do that is reason why "transandrophobia" is not a good word to discuss this. Because transandrophobia means "fear of masculinity" and that is not what is happening.

It's baffling how these people behave, trans men are being raped and made pregnant as forced detransition in ICE camps right now that's just a fact, and it keeps getting ignored and when we speak up we get told we are being dramatic and should be quiet. Solidarity includes the acknowledgement of this, it includes us also needing diy hormones, it includes acknowledging that we too are in danger. Saying "we want to listen to you" while being depicted as dramatic little girls to shut us up is not listening and it's not solidarity. This is information that aligns with reality over fascism, and these people refuse to acknowledge it. I've seen so many of these people saying that trans men are safe and only trans women are in danger and that we want to be abused and called slurs because we want attention and feel left out. No that is in fact not what is happening here.
As always, correcting trans men about their own experiences is always more important than acknowledging those experiences. Oh, you're being subject to endometriosis, forced forced marriage & pregnancy, child sex trafficking or having your right to vote and own a bank account threatened? You're being raped and forced to detransition in ICE camps? Well that's too bad, you're using the wrong word for it, and that matters more.
I understand your oppression better than you. : you're being oppressed just for being transgender, not necessarily a man or woman. We still need "transmisogyny" though, that's different! Besides, it's just discrimination based on your appearance anyway, so it's not even real transphobia. Discrimination based on appearance isn't even that serious, right? It's just your skin, after all.
Transandrophobia means "fear of masculinity", and that's not what happening. No I'm not leaving out any words there. Nope, none at all.
It gets to a point: if our own community cares so much more about what words we use to describe being killed and raped than it does about us being killed and raped, what hope do we have of ever stopping it?

In the beginning wasโฆ Nothingโฆ vast emptiness, not a soul, not a sound. Nothing. It remained that way for a long while, until a small seed was formed from light. How it got there, nobody knows, not even the one birthed themselves knew, and as the seed split open, showing a feminine figure bathed in holy light, engulfed upon it all, as she looked up and around.
The seed decayed and disappeared like star dust under her, as she floated for a long while, wondering on what she wanted. Being born with the full intellect of knowing you can create is not common, but for a god, it was almost normal, at least for this one. For she was God, and she was who created space, the stars, planets, vastnessโฆ
Before she began fully forming the ecosystem on each planet, she was messing with different elements to see what they would become, thus all planets were made, including earth. With earth she had a lot of fun in meticulously carving, and sculpting every single plant, flower, tree, everything most in our modern age take for granted now. Though the sky was probably her most favourite to create, and to watch as she formed day and night cycles. Sleeping on and off during creation as she was still a new God.
As time passed however, she began to feelโฆ lonely? Something was missing, but what was it?
Looking around her, and what she had accomplished thus far, looking over earth, as she had not created a heaven at this time, as it was just herself, and she often used the blankets of stars as a form of comfort. But nowโฆ they only did so much. Staring at her hands one day as golden tears fell from her eyes, she decided to use one of her tears, and make something. No. Someone. Her first ever species, her first living and breathing being.
Which were angels. Carefully sculpting, and creating, she soon molded a being from her own tear, that hardened into amber. Looking over the body in the palm of her hands, she slowly breathed air upon it, breathing life into this being, fluffy white wings cradled the being in her palm, and she waited until she saw eyes begin to open.
Smiling softly with such love in her eyes, more tears falling from her face, seeing that she had finally made something so intricate, so fragile, and yet so powerful at the same time. Speaking gently to the little being, who shone as bright as the many stars in the night. That's what she would call her.
