Transplant Update 3/7/18 So today is a good one. Maybe more so to the people that are familiar with the fluid language of a liver transplant. It is a language only those in white coats really understand. But after wearing a coat that wraps around my arms as a patient, you pick up a thing or two. So... March 13th, 2017 before I was listed: MELD Score: 32 (20% 90 day mortality rate) March 6th, 2018 (yesterday): MELD SCORE: 15 (90% 90 day mortality rate) No transplant yet (We will begin the live donor process in September. It’s been a part of every song I’ve played and written since. Autographed by Death Cab for Cutie. Banged and beaten on the looping shows I did. Many a night at Lucky Joe’s. In Denver.
