15 years ago today I walked into a guitar center and bought the Taylor guitar that permanently changed the way I played for reelz. Made on 11/16/2001. Bought 2/23/2003. It’s been a part of every song I’ve played and written since. Autographed by Death Cab for Cutie. Banged and beaten on the looping shows I did. Many a night at Lucky Joe’s. In Denver. On the mountains. In Portland with the band. And then went in its case. Until I got sober. Thanks, my friend. I’m glad your still here.
