COMMISSION PROCESS
Payment can be made through PayPal. That way it is safer for both of us.
I will need to receive half of the payment for acceptance to finalize the deal. After that, I will start on the piece.
I will send you my initial sketches of the piece so that you may be able to tell me what to change and what you are not happy with. When you are happy with the sketch, I will continue onto the final stages.
TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREEMENT OF COMMISSION
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
The time it will take to complete a piece will vary.
The commissioner (you) will receive a rough sketch of the requested piece that the commissioner approves of.
Once the commissioner gives the final approval on the last stages of commission, changes or adjustments will no longer be made o the piece.
If the commissioner (you) wishes to cancel your commission during the sketching stages, the commissioner (you) will be refunded the acceptance payment 100%. That is ONLY for the rough sketch. Beyond the rough sketching, I cannot refund due to the materials I used.
The artist has the right to decline a commission, retains the right to display all watermarked commissioned art once work is completed.
The commissioner (you) may not profit from the artwork in the form of resale of prints or digital files or being non credited.
The reason why the price is higher is because I am using all three types of Copic Markers (Copic Classic, Copic Sketch, and Copic Ciao). I am also using Premium color pencils, and RENDR paper.
Please do not Bargain the price since those materials cost me a lot. (ΰ²₯οΉΰ²₯)
By sending payment, you, the commissioner, are agreeing that you understand and agree to the above terms of service.
