I love the If/Then episode so much. Especially the end of it, because it basically shows the idea that no matter what, no matter how many things might be different, no matter how it all STARTED out, the major things might just be the same in the end. Like, Mer and Ellis still just won't get along, even if she is alive. Cristina and Meredith still become friends even if she started out as the 'outcast'. Derek and Addison still didn't work out even if the circumstances changed Callie and Arizona still felt that spark between them even if one of them was married with three kids to OWEN OF ALL PEOPLE. Also the thing with Bailey and Karev, that I don't really remember tbh and as much as I hate to admit it, Owen and Cristina still shared a moment in that universe too. Run while you still can, girl.
