Genuine question: Splatoon players, why do you not help/protect your heavies and snipers…? I need help man. I’m there to push back the enemy team but I can’t do that if I’m constantly being attacked and left on my own. We’re on a team for a reason… can I please get some teamwork…

My first impressions on the 11.0.0 changes are very positive. While the relative numbers are unknown and could be low-impact or far too drastic (but don't assume either just yet, don't mistake pessimism for wisdom) I welcome any change that discourages lazy, low-interaction Special spam and paint-heavy playstyles. The changes proposed today encourage high activity, Main Weapon-centric gameplay, coordination even with randoms, and rewards aggression and progressing the game state. While these changes are a very big shift they're just going in the direction the game was moving towards from its very onset. Really my only complaint is that the health bar looks a bit ugly, like it's an alpha iteration they forgot to ask the art team to give another pass.

also this maybe a bit mean but I don't think Flow Aura is going to snowball any games you weren't already losing regardless. That Charger player didn't need a speed boost to lock your entire team in spawn, it's just a nice little extra.
