I’ve told you all about how my great grandparents made my dad turn off all the lights in the house and sit in silence during thunderstorms and he thought it was because lightening was attracted to electricity but it was actually because he was a really noisy and annoying child and my great grandparents liked thunderstorms and needed a reason to get him to shut up, right?
