I wrote that fic for fun as a break during grad school. I didn’t expect anyone to read it. I’m tired of getting vitriol about it. Fanfic is my hobby. I don’t care if I’m bad at it. I do it for free & for fun. I never asked anyone to read my stories, that is a choice. I write them for myself. I’ve never been in a fandom as cruel as the Byler fandom. I’ve gotten rape threats & doxx threats over a Richie Tozier variant, I’ve had my personal Pinterest stalked & gotten comments taunting me with my ex-partner’s name that you found on social media pages I never consented for fandom people to access. Some of you are really evil. I don’t know when I’ll put the story back up, I just need a break & for my fandom space to go back to being fun.
