Mid-February

This year I’m going to do some things to improve my health. It’s not in a bad place... yet. Basically this would be preventative care because I turn 39 this month and turning 40 will kick my mental ass and wouldn’t it be nice to be healthier at 40 than I have been in my 30s aka an entire decade without excerise and the birth of three kids.

Sooo... currently the plan is to start mid-February because I’m a weirdo with issues and don’t want to be all resolution-ey so I decided to wait 6 weeks when 88% of resolutions have failed and then I’ll get to work.
