If you don't know this already, I need you to tattoo this in your brain right now:

Not a single piece of fiction is objectively bad or good because it is an art form and different forms of art connect to different people

The evidence to support this is that no matter how much you point out the flaws of a series there will still be people who love it and no matter how revered a story is there will still be people who hate it, as evidenced by this fandom in both ways

Whether or not you liked the ending of tadc does not determine whether you are media literate, it just determines whether this specific writing style connected with you and what expectations and interpretations you had for the series

If you disliked the ending, while I do think some misunderstood the intent of tadc I don't mean that as an insult, that is not a comment on your intelligence neither in a positive nor negative way, it just means that Gooseworx's writing style did not get that idea across to you and that's okay

If you liked the ending like I did, a lot of us did understand the intention of the ending and that is not a comment on our intelligence neither in a positive nor negative way either, it just means that this show's writing style had good chemistry with how our brain's work and therefore was a good match for us

What IS a negative trait however, is if you treat the way you reacted to this show as an objective truth. This includes doing things like commenting on videos of ppl enjoying it with "it wasn't good tho" and telling people that they're dumb and illiterate for not liking the ending

Share your thoughts on it, but STOP telling people how they should or shouldn't feel about this ending, stop insulting people over a fucking tv show, stop making up excuses to hate people

-I think the term enbyflux would suit them, I think they would fluctuate between how their non-binary identity feels

-though tbh, while I don't think Zooble would mind people calling them non-binary or other similar terms I don't think Zooble would talk about themself with any particularly rigid label

-changed their hair every fortnight, has gone through so many different hair styles and colors

-Zooble varies in their gender expression a lot, sometimes dressing more masc, sometimes more fem, or just generally androgynous, had a million different outfits as a human

-always felt pretty insecure about this fact, always felt like they should pick one expression and was constantly trying to figure out which style they liked the most but never did. Once they got to the circus and had gotten over the initial shock, they were kinda relieved that they didn't have to pick out clothes and worry about that anymore, but that frustration instead went to choosing their parts

-even before the circus, in private used to draw some art of themselves as a weird creature or looking really strange as a way to explore their gender in a way they couldn't, drew body horror of themselves as a way to vent

-however in life they did very much prefer to be seen very much as a human and wasn't really the type of enby to refer to themself as non-human things, which is why their body in the circus looking like a creature was really unpleasant

-was quite a loner in highschool because a lot of the friend groups around them were very gendered and they always felt out of place in them

-was super depressed when they first started getting more severe gender dysphoria and didn't know how to deal with it yet, would not leave their house for days in a row. And even after they would have a depressed spiral for a week or so every now and again. They kind of had a repeat of that once they entered the circus because now they had a new body to deal with

-stared at their body in the mirror a lot before/after they showered, trying to figure out what exactly they didn't like about it, it was always hard to tell

-was simultaneously very vocal about being non-binary but also not, they very proudly claimed this fact about themselves and was very vocal about the rights they and other queer people deserve, but also didn't really talk that deeply about their insecurities that much with others, generally tried to seem a lot more confident than they were because they thought if they expressed those insecurities too much people would see them as less confident about being non-binary
